With the changing seasons, I've moved my runs from 4 a.m. to 3 p.m. After Doug comes home from school, we take Zoe and the stroller and do a quick 3miles on the bike path near our house. I'm shocked at how difficult these sessions are. It seems like my body has to adjust to the time change, but I'm grateful for the perfect weather we are having in central Calif. right now and, as always, I'm happy just to be physically able to run.
I hope everyone enjoys the season changes and adjusts well to the upcoming time change for daylight savings.
"Running is a big question makr that's there each and every day. It asks you, 'Are you going to be a wimp or are you going to be strong today?' " - Peter Maher

The time of day thing is definitely a challenge. I did evening running and I felt like I was flying- until I switched to early mornings. I think I'm starting to finally kick it up a bit though.
